Jim has enjoyed working at Stryker for eight months now. Previously, he was always guided from municipal funds, but unfortunately this could no longer be appealed to. However, the question of guidance remains. Jim works in the KIT department, he makes kits (equipment) that are important for operations in the hospital. For example, for knee surgery, but also kits through which an operation can be performed. Jim sees many different species and that makes his work varied. He carries out his work very accurately, which makes Stryker very happy with him as an employee.
Now the goal is that he can bear all the responsibility independently, without guidance. Forta4u supports him in achieving this goal and remains in the background to provide Jim with the guidance he needs. His employer is pleased with the guidance provided by Forta4u. There is a lot of consultation with the job coach to allow Jim, but also other young people with a distance to the labor market, to work as independently as possible in this wonderful workplace.
Unfortunately, the employer cannot provide financial compensation for Jim's guidance. Thanks to JP Morgan Chase & Co's Power Certificate, Jim does get the guidance he needs. Jim is overjoyed, as are his colleagues. The jobcoach will work with him in the coming period to achieve his goal, so that he can shape his work on his own feet in the next contract.
