The story of Yasmina

"After spending 18 years at home, despite my mental and physical health issues, I cared for three children. The children became independent, and I received assistance from Anteszorg. Subsequently, I took the initiative to approach social services, expressing my desire for a different purpose in life. I received immediate help, but before I could start, I had to participate in a program called 'Reset Yourself.'

After completing a 6-week program, I returned to the Social Services. For the second meeting, I was enrolled in the 'Success' program. I completed the entire program and now have a learning and work contract with Laurens. I eagerly go to work every day.

My outlook on life has changed; I now have a purpose and look forward to earning my own money. My social life has also expanded, and I am very positive about life. I hope to earn my diploma and be an example for my children. I see my future as becoming a permanent employee at Laurens.
