We are Everyday Heroes.
We help people who have a distance to the labour market to overcome the last obstacles towards a job. This is possible by funding concrete solutions, such as training, a bicycle or extra guidance. Organisations, foundations and individuals purchase Impact Packages and provide the necessary financial resources to help one or more people to get a paid job.

Our method
Everyday Heroes uses Impact Packages. Organisations and individuals buy certificates and they help people to get a job, a future, a place in society. Funds are used to remove the last obstacles on the way to work. Each Impact Package is linked to a job.
Jobcoaches and supervisors apply for funds for candidates to obtain that one contract or to make a next step in an existing job.

• Travelcosts or a (electric) bicycle

Everyday Heroes commits to the UN’s Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goals. In particular, we work towards achieving goal 8: Decent work and economic growth. Our work focuses on targets 8.5, 8.6, and 8.8.
An Impact Pacakge helps candidates with a distance to the labour market to find a job. Each candidate has its own success story. And they are with many.
